Christopher Ambridge AIA, ARB
Chris Ambridge is an Associate Principal at cox graae + spack architects having joined our firm in 2004. Chris serves as a designer and Project Manager and contributes to the firm invaluable expertise in design modeling and animation, as well as architectural photography.
During his 14 years of experience, Chris has developed a wide range of expertise becoming particularly well versed in the integration of contemporary infill and additions to existing, often historic, structures. His most notable projects include the glass-canopied atrium at Woodrow Wilson High School, the Learning Center on the Georgetown Preparatory School campus, Lamborghini of Washington and Chris was instrumental in the successful delivery of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
Chris earned both a Diploma and Masters in Architecture from Cambridge University. He is professionally registered in the United Kingdom and in the District of Columbia. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Architects Registration Board.
Chris directs the firm’s animation services and produced several of the animation videos featured on our site.
