Mayor Vincent Gray Cuts the Ribbon at Woodrow Wilson High School

August 18, 2011. Mayor Gray, along with school principal Peter Cahall, Representatives Kwame Brown and Mary Cheh, City Administrator Allen Lew and cg+s principal Christoffer Graae addressed a large crowd of Wilson supporters during the ribbon cutting ceremony of the newly modernized Woodrow Wilson High School.  Mayor Gray said at the event, “…Woodrow Wilson High School is a shining example of how the District of Columbia can transform a historic campus into a first-class facility with an extraordinary design and state-of-the-art technology,”  The school is set to open its doors to students on August 19th.  Read Mayor Gray’s Press Release here.
